Hey, Hey!

I’ll share some of that background info that you may want to know. I have been married to my super supportive and super handsome husband, James Young, since 2008 and yes, we’re good. :) 

We live in Baltimore Maryland with the youngest 2 of our 5 children. Our oldest 3 children and 6 grandchildren live in North Carolina. 

As an entertainer, I love making people smile, laugh and de-stress. I did the college thing and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Morgan State University, a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University, and then, became a Certified Relationship Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. All of this helps me portray a little bit of sanity and extend some grace when I’m onset, on stage or, you know, around people in general. :D 

But my greatest educational and life experience came from my four years spent at the Baltimore School for the Arts as a Theater major. As a middle class Catholic school girl transitioning to an eclectic arts public school, my eyes were opened to a whole new world that was pivotal for my teenage years and one of the key reasons we are connected today.
